  2. Focus on Your Breath:
    • Close your eyes gently or maintain a soft gaze. Direct your attention to your breath without attempting to control it. Notice the sensation of the breath as it enters and leaves your nostrils or the rise and fall of your chest and abdomen.
  3. Breathe Naturally:
    • Allow your breath to flow naturally. Observe the entire inhalation and exhalation cycle. If your mind begins to wander, gently bring your focus back to the sensation of breathing.
  4. Counting Breaths (Optional):
    • For additional focus, you can count each breath. Inhale, then exhale, and count ‘one.’ Continue up to a count of ten, then start again. If you lose count, simply return to one. This counting can help anchor your attention.
  5. Mindful Awareness:
